Life can sometimes feel challenging and difficult to navigate. People change, work changes, circumstances change, and sometimes you change. At times you might know exactly what feels wrong, and at other times you might just have a sense that something isn’t quite right.
You may be experiencing loss or grief. You may have lost someone you love. Relationships might not be working out, or you may be facing estrangement, which can be deeply painful.
You might be carrying difficult experiences, trauma, or situations you’ve never felt able to share.
You may be wondering who you are, where you belong, or what your worth is. Your experiences may be shaped by your culture, language, heritage, or the places you’ve lived. You might be exploring your gender, sexuality, identity or trying to understand where you fit in the world. You may also be navigating life as a neurodivergent person or wondering whether you might be.
You might be living with certain patterns or habits that feel hard to break, or you may be wanting to make changes and needing a safe place to talk about it.
Whoever you are and whatever your background, you are welcome here. This is a space where all parts of your identity can be explored with empathy and respect.
Whatever your experience, you don’t have to face it alone. Life has many ups and downs, and sometimes we all need a bit of support. It’s okay not to have all the answers; you’re here to explore. We go where you want to go, when you feel ready. I’m not here to label anyone or make a list of “issues.” If you connect with anything above, counselling is available in a warm, respectful, and non‑judgemental space.
